Rules and Regulations, Eldorado Water Park
- Eldorado Water Park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- The slides and the whirlpool pool are open from 9:15 AM to 12:45 PM, and from 2:00 PM to 6:15 PM.
- From 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, there is a scheduled break during which slides and pools are closed and cannot be used.
- Swim caps are mandatory to use the slides and pools.
- Guests are allowed to bring food from outside for a packed lunch, but for hygiene reasons, it may only be consumed at the tables located under the gazebos in the wooded area, and only until 5:30 PM.
- Guests using the bar kiosk tables are required to make a purchase.
- The use of deckchairs, sunbeds, and chairs is free of charge, subject to availability. In designated areas, sunbeds and umbrellas are also available for reservation and require payment.
- Personal equipment such as deckchairs, umbrellas, or sunbeds may not be brought into the park. Guests are kindly asked to use the facilities provided.
- Deckchairs and sunbeds provided free of charge cannot be reserved or occupied for people who are not physically inside the park. These facilities must be used only by guests currently present. Staff may remove items occupying sunbeds or deckchairs in violation of this rule.
- Only the Management has the right to reserve sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, or entire areas of the park.
- It is not permitted to occupy sunbeds or umbrellas in reservable areas without the corresponding reservation, which can be made either on-site or online.
- In reservable areas, it is strictly forbidden to bring any personal accessories such as sunbeds, deckchairs, or umbrellas. The layout of sunbeds and umbrellas must be respected to ensure optimal use of space.
- All animation activities are included in the entrance ticket price.
- Animals of any kind are not allowed inside the park.
- Running, eating or drinking around poolside areas, and diving from pool edges are prohibited.
- The use of fins or goggles with glass lenses is not permitted. The use of inflatables or floatation devices is allowed only if expressly authorized.
- It is forbidden to bring bulky objects or items made of materials deemed unsuitable by the Management into the water.
- Glass containers (bottles, glasses, etc.) are not permitted inside the park.
- Children under the age of 3 must wear appropriate swim diapers to enter the water.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent during park activities.
- Swimming in attire deemed inappropriate by the Management is not allowed.
- In case of bad weather, the Park Management does not provide any refunds.
- In the event of a power outage or water supply interruption, the Management of Eldorado Water Park does not offer any form of refund.
- The Management reserves the unquestionable right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior may disturb order or negatively affect park operations.
- In the event of an accident, the Management will document the incident, with a report signed by the involved person.
- Pools and attractions have been designed and built to ensure maximum safety when used correctly. The Park declines all responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage to people or property caused by carelessness or non-compliance with safety rules.
- It is strictly forbidden to light fires or use barbecues within the park, including green areas and parking lots.
- For safety reasons, slides are strictly off-limits to pregnant women, individuals with immobilized limbs, prostheses or orthopedic supports, or anyone with physical conditions incompatible with such activity.
- The use of drones inside the water park is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Management.
- Climbing over fences, barriers, or other park structures is strictly forbidden.
- Guests are encouraged to carefully watch over their personal belongings, as the water park is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of personal items.
- The Park reserves the right to close or restrict access to attractions, slides, and pools for technical or maintenance reasons or in case of bad weather. No partial or full refund or ticket rescheduling will be granted in these cases.
- Guests are allowed to take photos and videos for personal and amateur use within the water park.
- The use of images or videos for commercial or professional purposes is strictly prohibited without permission from the Management. Additionally, guests are asked to respect others’ privacy by avoiding filming or sharing content that could violate the image rights or privacy of other park visitors.
