Reductions: free entry for children under 3 years and non-self-sufficient disabled people.

Reduced rates for children under 10, military, law enforcement, carers of non-self-sufficient disabled people and non-motor disabled people.

Subscriptions: subscriptions are nominative and non-transferable, and will allow access to the waterpark every day of the 2023 summer season with the exception of August 15th (15/08). Please note that it is mandatory to show an identification document before scanning the pass at the cash desks, in order to certify correspondence with the name shown on it.

Sunbeds, deck chairs and umbrellas are free of charge for our customers until sold out and cannot be booked.

Please also note that swimming cap is mandatory. It can be purchased at the cash desk for €3.

It is possible to rent the valuables locker at a cost of €5, leaving a deposit of €5 at the cash desks.

If the park remain closed due to adverse weather conditions, those who have previously purchased an online entrance ticket will automatically receive a refund. For those who have instead purchased the ticket at one of the Ciaotickets points of sale or at the park’s ticket offices, they must go to the place of purchase and request a refund by returning the ticket intact in all its parts.
